Our Miami community health center is conveniently located in the beautiful city of Miami Gardens along Palmetto 826 with easy access to I-95, I-75 and the Florida Turnpike. The central location of our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), coupled with the fact our doors are open 6 days per week, makes our community healthcare center a favorable choice for busy families on the go.
